Plagiarism


"Professor Lou Bloomfield designed the program to scan papers for shared phrases of at least six words. When he later checked the papers by hand, Bloomfield found entire term papers that had been lifted from someone else. A lot of students were caught rewriting and copying posts from websites and not citing their source of information. I cited the website, the date I read and copied it and I gave full credit to the person for wrote it.
