The Clock of Life

The clock of life is wound but once, and no man has the power to tell just when the hands will stop, at a late or early hour. Now is the only time you own. Live, love, toil with a will. For the clock may soon be still by Robert H. Smith
I don't know if I like this poem/quote. I never appreciated nothing in language arts but stories, but I know what this poem/quote is about. It used the clock was our life. It is a commonly used word to describe life. It also tells you to spend your life wisely do things you will enjoy during your life because life is short. In the end, I don't find this poem/quote extraordinarily interesting and not even interesting, but I don't think it's bad/ Its just that I don't like quotes and poems.
